Custom-cut items are made to your measurements and, being bespoke, carry restricted cancellation and return rights (see Returns). Performance figures are provided as a guide from supplier data; suitability for your glazing is subject to our glass compatibility guidance. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
