UK delivery options, dispatch times and the custom-cut returns rule.
Delivery
Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £75. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days; next-day and Saturday options are available at checkout. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge and longer transit. Stocked films ordered before 1pm are dispatched the same working day.
Returns
Unopened, uncut rolls in resalable condition can be returned within 14 days. Custom-cut items are made to your measurements and cannot be returned unless faulty — this is shown before purchase and again at checkout. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right.
