Standard products (unopened, uncut rolls) may be returned within 14 days in resalable condition for a refund. Custom-cut products are made to your measurements and cannot be cancelled or returned once cut, except where faulty — this restriction is shown before purchase and at checkout, as required by consumer law for bespoke goods. Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund, including return postage.
